ZUMBA AROUND WINCHESTER
Come and join me for ZUMBA! Latin-inspired, easy to follow, dance fitness.
Want to exercise the fun way? Love dance? Love Latin American music?
Come to Zumba and you won’t be disappointed!
For details of my classes and up-to-date information and news visit my Zumba website at: http://www.zumba-around-winchester.com/
I discovered Zumba whilst living in the States and have, since my return to the UK, been doing my best to share my passion for the music and dance with others! Everybody should zumba! There are no age or fitness limits – you do it at whatever level you feel comfortable.
I cannot stress enough the ‘feel good’ factor of zumba. It has nothing to do with how ‘good’ you are, or think you are, at dancing. It is about feeling and enjoying the music – which is truly international and covers merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton and bollywood – to mention just a few. There is no grand performance to work towards – the routines do not have to be step perfect! Nobody is looking – you really do ‘dance’ like there is nobody watching
Class times are as follows:
6.30 pm Itchen Abbas Village Hall
7.30pm King's Somborne Village Hall
10 am Zumba Gold at South Wonston Village Hall
7.45pm Bishops Sutton Village Hall
6.30pm Hursley John Keble Primary School Hall
10 am Itchen Abbas Village Hall
I also now do Zumba Gold (lower impact) and Zumbatomic for children 3- 12yrs. Happy to add on classes - what a great addition to the curriculum Zumbatomic would be! (Dancing from around the World - endless cross-curricular link possibilities!)

Zumba is all about the music – you do not have to be great at dance – just come and enjoy!
Always happy to see new faces - so if you want to come and dance to great Latin American music, join me - you can just turn up (pay as you go) or sign up for half a term or a term.
