Halloween Howlers

These 30 Halloween jokes were written as an optional extra to my Halloween Assembly. The assembly is around 10 to 15 minutes, and, as I usually include a number of jokes in my plays, I thought it would be useful to have a bank of jokes from which to choose - and possibly add to the script to make it longer - distributing the jokes among the speakers (up to 30).

Here are a selection:

Skeleton Jokes

Why didn’t the skeleton go to the party?

He had no body to go with.

What is a skeleton’s favourite musical instrument?

The Trombone.

What is a skeleton’s favourite food?

Spare ribs.

Witch Jokes

What do you call a witch who lives at the beach?

A sandwich.

What do you call two witches living together?

Broom mates.

What is a witch teacher’s favourite lesson?

Dracula Jokes

Which is Dracula’s favourite building in New York?

The Vampire State Building.

What’s it like to be kissed by a vampire?

A pain in the neck.

Who does Dracula get letters from?

His fang club.

Why did Dracula take cough medicine?

To stop his coffin.

What kind of dog does Dracula have?

A blood hound.

What do you think of these Dracula jokes?

Ghost Jokes

What kind of roads do ghosts haunt?

Dead ends.

Where do baby ghosts go during the day?

Dayscare centres.
